Touring West Zeelandic Flanders' quiet country roads and dunes is all about seeking out and finding limits. You ride to dunes and dikes in the north with the North Sea or the mighty Westerschelde behind you. To the south, you often cross the border into Flanders unnoticed.
 

CYCLING AND HIKING NETWORK

An extensive network of cycling and hiking trails and mapped routes allows you to discover the hidden creeks, stunning polder dikes, sturdy farms, surprising villages and old smuggling trails. As an additional advantage, the healthy sea air is never far away. Pedalling or hiking along the dune paths, you look out over the rugged Westerschelde and the seemingly endless North Sea. Sometimes you will have the wind at your back; other times, you will find yourself standing on the pedals, cycling into a strong headwind.
 

BIKE RENTAL

Enjoying great cycling in Zeeland's great outdoors only requires one thing: a bicycle. If you do not have your own, you can rent one from one of the many bike rental companies in West Zeelandic Flanders. If you are taking an extra relaxed ride on an e-bike, there are plenty of charging points along the way.
